Custom Stitched Products: Custom stitched products are not eligible for return. We take great care to ensure that these items meet your specifications, and as such, they are non-returnable.
On Sale Products: Items purchased during a sale are final sale and cannot be returned. We offer these discounts as a special incentive, and these items are not eligible for return.
Used or Opened Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used or opened will not be accepted for return. Please ensure that products are returned in their original, unused condition.
Refund Process:
